LANDMARK · Google listing
Show up in Google Maps when someone’s nearby.
For a lot of trades, the Google listing brings in more work than the website does. It is what shows up in Maps and in the little box at the top of the results, with your reviews and phone number. Most are half-filled in and never touched again.
How we actually do it
Setup covers the right primary and secondary categories, service areas, hours including public holidays, services and descriptions, photos, attributes, and the Q&A seeded with the questions customers actually ask. Ongoing covers regular posts, review responses, and watching for the category or hours drift that Google occasionally introduces on its own. You stay the owner of the profile at all times — we work as a manager, which is Google’s own requirement and means you can remove our access whenever you want.
What you actually get
- Categories, service areas, hours and services filled in properly
- Photos and attributes that make the listing look active
- Q&A seeded with what customers actually ask
- Ongoing posts and review responses

Fair questions.
Do you take over my Google account?
No. You stay the owner and we are added as a manager. That is Google’s own rule for third parties, and it means you can remove us in two clicks at any time.
I already have a listing, is that enough?
Having one is not the same as it being finished. Most we look at are missing categories, service areas, services and photos — all of which Google uses to decide who to show.
