COMPASS · Search & SEO

Get found when someone nearby searches for you.

Most people looking for a tradie type it into Google and ring someone in the first few results. If you are not there, you are not in the conversation. We fix the things Google actually reads: how your pages are titled, how they link together, and what your business tells Google it is.

How we actually do it

Grade I is a one-off on-page pass: titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal linking, LocalBusiness structured data, sitemap and robots, image alt text, and the technical fixes Lighthouse flags. Grade II adds ongoing monthly work with rank tracking against your actual competitors in your actual town. What we never do: guarantee a position. Nobody can, and anyone who does is either guessing or lying — Google’s ranking systems are not ours to control.

What you actually get

  • Titles, descriptions and headings written for what people search
  • Structured data so Google understands what you do and where
  • Internal linking so your service pages support each other
  • Technical fixes — sitemap, robots, crawl errors

What it costs

$349 one-off + $199/month

An SEO retainer for a NZ small business: $1,000 – $3,000 per month 12

Where it fits

Straight answers

Fair questions.

Can you get me to number one?

No, and neither can anyone else. We can make sure Google can read your site properly, understands where you work and what you do, and has reasons to rank you. Position is Google’s decision, not ours.

How long before I see anything?

On-page fixes register with Google in days to weeks. Competitive terms take months. Anyone promising results in a fortnight is selling you something else.
