The standard

How a build actually goes.

Four stages. The first one is free and the second one is where most people decide.

  1. We build it

Within 24 hours of you asking

You send your details, or just your current web address, or nothing but your business name and we will find the rest on Google. We build the real website — every page, your services, your area, your reviews, your photos. Not a mock-up and not a template with your logo dropped in.

What we need from you: your business name. Anything else is a bonus.

  2. You look at it

A private link, on your phone

You get an address only you have. Open it, show it to whoever you like, sit on it for a week. Nothing is public, nothing is indexed by Google, and nothing is invoiced.

What we need from you: an honest answer.

  3. You decide

    Whenever you are ready

Want changes? Tell us and we make them. Don’t want it? Say so and we take it down the same day and delete the lot. You owe nothing either way and we will not chase you.

What we need from you: a yes or a no.

  4. You own it

Usually the same day you say yes

One payment. We connect your domain — it stays in your name, and your existing email keeps working exactly as it does now. No domain yet? We register one in your name and cover the first year. Then it goes live, certificate and all, and you get the handover pack.

What we need from you: access to your domain, or permission to register one.

The gate

What every build is measured against before it goes live.

Not a promise — a gate. A build that fails any of these does not ship, and the same check runs on this website.

  • Google Lighthouse performance above 90 on a phone, and accessibility, SEO and best-practices at 100.
  • Zero serious or critical issues from axe-core, the accessibility engine most of the industry uses.
  • No horizontal scrolling at 393 pixels wide — the width of a normal phone.
  • Every internal link resolves and every external link answers.
  • Every form has a working address, a honeypot, and a redirect that goes somewhere real.
  • Your phone number and email appear on the page, as links you can tap.

Run any of it yourself: pagespeed.web.dev is Google's, and it is free.

Never

Things we will not do to a build.

  • Put a claim on it we cannot source. If we cannot find where a number came from, it does not go on your site.
  • Use a stock photo of a person and imply it is your team.
  • Load a third-party script on page one for the sake of a widget.
  • Ship a page that fails the gate because the deadline is tight.

It costs nothing to see yours.
