CHORUS · Reviews

More Google reviews, without the awkward ask.

Reviews are the single thing customers look at hardest, and asking for them face to face is uncomfortable. So it gets skipped. This sends a polite text or email after the job is done, at the right moment, with a link straight to the review box.

How we actually do it

A request goes out a set time after a job is marked complete, by text or email, with a one-tap link to your Google review form. Follow-up once if there is no response, then stop. What we will not do: filter or gate reviews so only happy customers are asked, or offer any incentive — both breach Google’s policies and can get your reviews removed or your listing suspended. Consent and an opt-out are built into every message, as required by the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.

What you actually get

  • Automatic text or email after each job
  • One-tap link straight to your Google review box
  • One polite follow-up, then it stops
  • Reviews displayed on your site as they come in

What it costs

$149 one-off + $49/month

Where it fits

Straight answers

Fair questions.

Can you filter out the bad ones?

No, and you should not want us to. Asking only happy customers breaches Google’s policies and can get your reviews wiped. Every customer gets the same message.

Won’t it annoy people?

One message, one follow-up, then nothing. Every message identifies you and includes an opt-out, which is the law here anyway.
