How we actually do it
Hand-written HTML and CSS, no page-builder, no plugins, no database. Pre-rendered to static files and served from Cloudflare’s global network, which is why there is no ongoing hosting cost. Typically 10-14 pages: home, a page per service, service areas, gallery, about, reviews, contact. Every build must pass qa:gate before it goes live — Lighthouse plus axe across every page, and it does not ship on amber. Our own site scores 98 performance, 100 accessibility, 100 best practices, 100 SEO. The measured median for NZ trade sites is 60 (n=1,356, Google PageSpeed data).

What’s the catch?
There isn’t one. We build first because a finished website argues better than any promise could. If you don’t want it, you owe nothing — we take it down, and that’s that.
Is it really mine?
Yes. If you already own your domain it stays yours, with your registrar, and your email keeps working exactly as it does now. If you don’t have one, we register it in your name and cover the first year. The whole site is handed over to you.
How can it cost nothing to run?
Your site is built as pure static pages — no plugins, no database, no server to rent or patch. Pages like that are served free from Cloudflare’s global network, SSL included. The only recurring cost is your domain’s normal annual renewal, paid to your registrar, not to us.
